Clinical Consultant Position

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our Joint Replacement team in Mackay, QLD.
The nature of the employment would start as a casual role with potential requirements for weekend work.
You will provide clinical and technical support to orthopaedic surgeons, nurses and hospital staff. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical and technical support during orthopaedic procedures, primarily in hip and knee replacement
- Building strong, trusted relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Delivering ongoing training and education to hospital staff on the effective use of medical products
- Collaborating with the sales team to support territory objectives and case planning
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and clinical techniques
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy, science, biomedical engineering)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, theatre-based environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is advantageous
