Job Title:

Sr. Workforce Planning Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Workforce Planning Strategist to lead country-wide staffing events for our Customer Fulfillment & Delivery Services teams.

In this high-volume hiring space, you will oversee the delivery of Associate labor through direct sourcing channels, vendor suppliers, and daily vendor management initiatives.

You will be required to lead a small team (1-3 staffing leads) to drive country-wide Workforce Staffing events.

You must be able to manage a complex high-volume recruitment process to meet all customer SLAs.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business operations and finance regional leaders to align labor strategy and mitigate risk due to labor fulfillment with weekly Labor Assumption and Labor Planning meetings.
  • Determine the hiring strategy with the country, considering local market conditions and cost per hire.
  • Implement multiple sourcing channels and stay current on recruiting trends in high-volume hiring both in direct sourcing and via third-party suppliers.
  • Analyze sourcing data to suggest viability of sourcing strategy and improvements needed.
  • Audit rate cards by role/skill to ensure parity and consistency.
  • Challenges commercial contract terms and partner with procurement/legals to redraft contracts as required.
  • Examine adverse trends in metrics, conduct root cause analysis, and provide solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and associated KPIs, standard work, and forecasting.
  • Partner with Workforce Staffing leadership to leverage grassroots sourcing channels and develop talent communities to fill positions.
  • Owning process improvements initiatives including working with Product/Program Management teams on tech enablement and automation.

Must be able to travel as needed to conduct events in various locations within your assigned geographical area (local travel up to 25%).
