Watercare Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Well Boat team as a key contributor to the efficient operations of salmon and bathing.

• The role involves day-to-day husbandry of salmon and bathing operations, harvest and Smolt transfer operations, general pen maintenance and assisting with work within Central Support across zones as required.

Full-time employment is offered on a 7 days on, 7 days off roster.

• Experience working safely in a dynamic environment identifying risks and taking appropriate action.
• An excellent communicator able to build strong relationships within a team.
