The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to join our team and lead our store operations functions. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the store's operational activities to ensure seamless customer experiences and profitable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise and coach a team of operations staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
