About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive to lead our People and Culture function. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in generalist HR, including performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and talent management.

As a trusted advisor to our senior leaders and managers, you will provide expert HR guidance and support to drive business outcomes. Your strong knowledge of government sector regulations, particularly the GSE Act, will ensure compliance and drive positive change within the organisation.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in generalist HR roles, with a focus on strategic leadership and people strategy development.
  • Knowledge of GSE Act: Strong knowledge of the Government Sector Employment (GSE) Act and public sector HR practices.
  • International Workforce Management: Experience managing international workforces and cross-border HR issues.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex HR concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.
