Lead Educator Position

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Educator to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in fostering a collaborative culture that promotes a sense of belonging among educators and children.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), with experience in planning, implementing and evaluating programs. They will be capable of mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation, and have a strong understanding of image of child and how to support educators with this.

  1. Program Development: Develop and implement educational programs that align with the EYLF and NQS.
  2. Mentorship: Mentor educators to improve their skills and knowledge.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate with the centre leadership team to ensure high-quality care and education is provided.
  4. Centre Presentation: Ensure each room in the centre is immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environment.
