Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team and driving sales growth in the tyre and automotive sector. Your day-to-day will involve building long-term relationships with customers, providing sound advice, and delivering high-quality work to ensure store performance remains consistent and customer satisfaction is achieved.

Your role will require you to be on the tools 60% of the time, working closely with your team to build sales and profitability, manage daily operations, and achieve store goals. You will need to motivate and drive increased sales performance, possess exceptional people management skills, and be proficient in inventory control and stocktake procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive (preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in digital POS systems, MS Office, and retail invoicing systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
