Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate the company's profile across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in marketing management within the luxury property, commercial, or building supplier sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility
  • Manage digital channels, including website, social media, and digital communication platforms
  • Create and oversee content across all marketing touchpoints
  • Coordinate public relations and media opportunities
  • Analyse campaign performance and report on enquiry generation and key marketing metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners
  • Drive high-quality client enquiries through targeted campaigns, compelling content, and strong brand positioning
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a marketing manager within the luxury property, commercial, or building supplier sectors
  • Proven capability to lead and drive the overall marketing strategy
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
  • A passion for architecture, interiors, and high-end residential living
