Job Title: Beame Smile Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Beame Smile Consultant to join our Australian branches in Brisbane. As a key member of our customer engagement and on-site management team, you will interact directly with customers and oversee the operational requirements of our Beame facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize state-of-the-art technology to perform intraoral 3D scans of customers' teeth for evaluations by our licensed dental professionals.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the Beame site, including inventory management, customer guidance, and collaboration with the Sales Operations Manager to ensure efficient site operations.
  • Work alongside the Sales Operations Manager to drive revenue and maximize profitability.
  • Represent Beame professionally, fostering strong relationships with partners and addressing potential conflicts or concerns.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and assist customers throughout their smile enhancement journey.
  • Deliver a premium, top-quality customer experience, adhering to our high standard of service.
  • Operate the site with excellence, ensuring all operational tasks support a top-tier customer experience.
