We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced martial arts professional to lead our team.

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Teach young students aged 4-6 years
  • Develop and deliver curriculum for kids, teens and adults from beginner to advanced levels
  • Lead a team of instructors
  • Create performance teams with a focus on competition and demonstration
  • Analyse student skills and provide feedback on areas for improvement
  • Provide private lessons to support student progression
  • Supervise junior staff members
  • Communicate with parents regarding student development needs
  • Deliver seminars on self defence and anti-bullying strategies
  • Collaborate with senior management to enhance curriculum elements

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 1 year experience teaching across all levels
  • A black belt in Karate or Taekwondo (preferably)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • A willingness to learn and adapt
  • Experience in weapons training and extreme martial arts/or tricking (an advantage)
