Join Our Team as a Graduate Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Graduate Program Manager to join our team at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. As a key member of our Early Careers Talent team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional graduate and intern experiences that drive business outcomes and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sydney or Melbourne, with a focus on driving the delivery of exceptional graduate and intern experiences in key moments that matter. You will partner with business leaders, HR colleagues, and stakeholders to drive exceptional program outcomes, foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, and enhance our market presence and engagement strategy with early career pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver exceptional graduate and intern experiences that drive business outcomes and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Partner with business leaders, HR colleagues, and stakeholders to drive exceptional program outcomes
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Enhance our market presence and engagement strategy with early career pipelines
  • Be a face for the Programs and present at various internal and external events
  • Identify and deliver people experience and process improvement opportunities, using data to drive insight and seek out opportunities to scale up and increase efficiency
  • Work closely with Campus teams to support recruitment and learning events as part of the group-wide Graduate Program
  • Track and measure program effectiveness, in line with key program performance indicators

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in early career engagement and program management
  • Experience in delivering on projects and change initiatives
  • Experience in project planning and managing project resources
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Passion for supporting early careers talent
  • Highly proficient in MS Office tools
