About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Officer to join our team in South Bunbury. As a Field Service Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring workplaces across Western Australia are safe and prepared for emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service First Aid Kits, Rooms, and equipment for clients to meet their requirements and meet department sales KPIs
  • Conduct on-site risk assessments and submit relative paperwork for compliance with First Aid Code of Practice
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual targets for revenue, lead generation, and clients serviced
  • Actively source new business leads and sales to increase sales revenue and clients serviced
  • Actively promote and sell all St John WA products and services to customers and the public
What You'll Need
  • Strong time management skills
  • Current Unrestricted 'C' Class Driver's License
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in CRM's (Salesforce Desirable)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Strong communication (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to work autonomously
