Job Description

We are seeking a Fullstack Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that meet the needs of our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing robust and scalable software architectures
  • Collaborating with product, design, marketing, creative, analytics, and operations teams to deliver high-quality telehealth experiences
  • Building tools and features to support internal employees, including doctors, health coaches, and medical operations staff
  • Iteratively developing new features, balancing rapid prototyping with stability, security, and modularity
  • Providing mentorship and knowledge sharing among the wider team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in software development, preferably with experience in telehealth or healthcare
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage in productive discourse with others
  • The ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
  • Experience with modern tech stacks, including React, Node.js, and Go microservices
