We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team for a 12-month graduate program. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality services and making a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disability.

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to individuals with disability, focusing on their unique needs and goals.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans that promote independence and quality of life.

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop reports to inform service delivery and decision-making.

  • Provide education and training to individuals, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy strategies and techniques.

  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in occupational therapy, applying knowledge to improve service delivery and outcomes.

">Requirements">

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Completed or currently completing a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy degree.

  • Registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or eligibility to register upon graduation.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
