Leadership Opportunity

This is a key role in the ongoing success of our services, and we are looking for effective and caring leaders who are organized and able to think on their feet.

As a leader in retail operations, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our stores and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This involves collaborating closely with Optometrists to deliver a superior customer experience, coaching effective selling and customer service skills to store team members, and managing budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labour laws.

  • Able to demonstrate 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager (or similar) or higher retail management position

This role suits a range of people including those who work in retail and healthcare industries. Optical industry experience is helpful but not essential. We require individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and providing affordable, unique, and fashionable products to communities needing access to optometry services.
