Our company, The Red Agency Pty Ltd, is seeking a skilled Social Media Account Strategist to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Client Service Professional to manage our social media presence and develop effective strategies to engage with our audience.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms
  • Create and curate engaging content to resonate with our target audience
  • Analyse and report on social media performance using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative campaigns and content
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong academic performance, ideally at a tertiary level
  • Minimum 1 year client service experience, preferably in social media
  • Fluency in a wide range of social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
