Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Process and manage large volumes of stock, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with maintaining store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning.
  • Maintain a positive and can-do attitude at all times, showcasing your passion for the brand and products.

Requirements:



  • Full availability from October to Mid-January, including weekends, late nights, and peak trading periods.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable shopping experiences.
  • A genuine passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
