Christmas Casual Sales Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant.

This role will provide you with the chance to work in a fast-paced and energetic retail environment, helping our customers find the ideal gift for their loved ones during the festive season.

You will be responsible for offering professional and personalised service to our customers, completing tailored in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge, sales skills and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.

Operational tasks include stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising and general housekeeping.

What we are looking for:

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Results-oriented individuals who thrive in a sales environment.
  • Ability to work productively in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to help with replenishing and merchandising stock.
  • Flexibility to work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays.
