**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at DuluxGroup.

As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for electrical maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, periodic maintenance, and troubleshooting PLC and control system faults.

You will work on-site at our Revesby facility, collaborating with operations to improve machine performance and ensuring breakdowns are addressed in a safe and effective manner.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Electrical Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, perform repairs and replacements, and ensure all electrical systems are functioning optimally.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify root causes of electrical and control system faults using diagnostic tools and techniques, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations to improve machine performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize production processes.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified Electrician: Must hold a current NSW electrical license.
  • Sound Mechanical Skills: Possess sound mechanical skills and knowledge of PLC programs and systems.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Resource Management: Experience in resource management, contractors, quoting, sourcing spares (both electrical and mechanical).
