As a Youth Counsellor, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people. You will work closely with colleagues to assess and address mental health concerns, develop and implement interventions, and participate in staff training and professional development opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people, as well as a strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and attachment theory.
