About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Strategic Business Analyst in Sydney. As a key member of our Aon Inpoint team, you will play a critical role in supporting senior stakeholders in delivering value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and trading partners.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize Aon and market data to develop insights and recommendations for clients.
  • Insight Generation: Support Aon Client Leaders in generating and communicating valuable insights to clients and the wider Aon business.
  • Client Engagement: Present findings to clients during delivery meetings and build trust through effective communication.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of client engagement workstreams and design deliverables using MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in (re)insurance or financial services.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the insurance industry, its challenges, and evolutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and engagement skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx proficiency viewed favorably.
  • Education: Graduate degree or equivalent experience in business, finance.
