Job Title: Part-Time Paralegal

This is an exciting opportunity for a technology oriented and client focused paralegal to join our Commercial team on a part-time contract basis. The role will involve providing paralegal and practice management support to a high performing legal team responsible for advising the organization globally on technology, real estate and commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support lawyers with contract review, legal research, and practice management related initiatives.
  • Undertake administrative tasks such as filing, contract functions, meeting materials and preparation, and reviewing various legal documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a paralegal in a busy law firm or inhouse legal team.
  • Legal research skills.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and delivery focused team environment.
  • Praagmatic mindset, ability to prioritise and perform under pressure.
  • A technology oriented perspective with advanced Microsoft office skills in Word, Excel, Sharepoint, PowerPoint and Outlook.
