We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our bakery team as a production assistant. This role involves assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality baked goods, working closely with the production team to ensure consistency and quality, and communicating with the sales team to manage product levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality Control: Produce high-quality baked goods fresh every day by following established procedures and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure consistency in quality and assist in producing wholesome food handcrafted and baked daily.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
