About the role

  • Provide exceptional customer service to every customer, making their shopping experience truly memorable.
  • Expand your knowledge of our extensive product range and become a tea expert, advising customers on the perfect blend for their taste buds.
  • Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to ensure an inviting store environment.
  • Take care of your own health and safety, as well as that of others, by following our strict safety policies and procedures.

About you

  • You have a customer-focused mindset, always putting their needs first.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable with multitasking.
  • You're self-motivated and eager to learn, taking on new challenges with enthusiasm.
  • You possess strong communication skills, able to effectively interact with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Prior customer service or retail experience is highly advantageous.
