As a Senior Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and creating a lasting impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children from 6 weeks to 5 years old.
- Collaborate with Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices, ensuring they are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for every child.
