Job Description:

The primary function of this role is to facilitate the smooth operation of our community-focused facilities, including the Recovery Shop and Community Recycling Centre.

This involves providing exceptional customer service to patrons, ensuring they have a positive experience when interacting with our team.

You will also be responsible for assisting with daily operations, including cash handling, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Support the recovery shop in receiving donations and processing sales
  • Operate EFTPOS machines and point-of-sale systems accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service skills to ensure patrons feel valued and supported
