We are seeking an educator who has a passion for The Arts in a primary school context and brings an energy and enthusiasm to plan and implement challenging and enjoyable opportunities for children Prep - Year 6.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive Arts programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a culture of wellbeing and resilience in the school community.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and promotes social justice.
  • Engage with parents and the wider community to promote the value of Arts education.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in Arts education and implement evidence-based strategies to enhance student learning.
Requirements:
  • A commitment to the Catholic identity of the school and a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • A passion for play and project learning, and an interest in how the Reggio Emilia approach can be imagined in an Australian school context.
  • A commitment to providing adjustments for all children to experience success.
  • A willingness to engage in dialogue around professional growth and development.
