Key Responsibilities- Minimum 8 years of IT Operations experience or equivalent architectural/solutioning expertise with observability or application monitoring
- Extensive experience in understanding observability engineering, compliance, and associated tools
- Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- An ability to apply critical thinking, solve complex problems, and provide pragmatic solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences

- Splunk Advanced Certification
- Ansible Automation Platform Certification
- Redhat Openshift Certification
- A collaborative mindset to deliver positive and high-quality outcomes for clients
- Experience and a desire to coach and mentor team members, and be a visible leader in our team
- Strong understanding of the architectural landscape of IT, including different platforms, systems, processes, and services to support the implementation of observability
