Farm Worker

We are seeking reliable and punctual individuals to work in our farm as Farm Workers in the Geelong region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick up chickens manually and safely
  • Place chickens in modules/crates as per animal welfare requirements
  • Engage in repetitive tasks and movements

You will be working in purposely built sheds that house the chickens. Dust, chickens and litter are all part of the environment. All personal protective equipment (PPE) is supplied including uniforms. Training and assistance will be provided to ensure workers are productive members of the team.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Physically fit
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Happy to work on your own and in a team
  • Able to adhere to animal welfare and occupational health and safety policies
