Job Description

The Radiology Operations Expert is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality radiology services. This role involves overseeing clinical governance, quality assurance, and risk mitigation across all radiology practices.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure high standards of patient care and safety.
  • Lead clinical risk management and quality improvement initiatives across radiology practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Oversee incident investigations and implement corrective actions to improve patient outcomes and reduce risks.
  • Monitor clinical quality and safety data, providing insights to inform operational decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain clinical governance frameworks.
  • Manage radiology operations within set parameters, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Provide regular performance feedback and development opportunities to team members, promoting growth and success.
  • Recruit and train new team members as required, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Promote a positive work environment aligned with organisational values and address performance issues constructively.

We are seeking an experienced Radiology Operations Expert who possesses a strong understanding of radiology operations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proactive approach to driving results and improving patient outcomes.
