About the Role

We are seeking Year 10 students to undertake a School-based Traineeship in Plumbing, where you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a Reece branch while completing your certificate requirements.

As a trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Evolving our company values and policies in every aspect of your work
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Completing all certificate requirements, including workbooks and on-the-job training and assessments
  • Processing sales and managing stock effectively
  • Answering phone calls to take messages and orders
  • Communicating with customers and staff to build strong relationships
  • Developing product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the branch

You will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with Saturday availability essential. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
