**What You'll Be Doing**

As an Executive Chef - Mexican Cuisine Specialist, your role will involve working with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavours, delivering quality creations for our guests. You'll be responsible for following our recipe guide and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

We're looking for candidates who have experience in a commercial kitchen environment, a strong interest in culinary excellence, and an appreciation for food safety. If you're a team player who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum**, depending on experience and qualifications.
