This is a critical position that requires an experienced Auto Electrician to perform electrical troubleshooting services, maintenance, component installations, and repairs on various plant and product lines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Australian Accredited Auto Electrical Qualification and a current driver's license, with a trade qualification (an air conditioning license is highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated experience with mobile plant equipment and heavy machinery
  • Previous field service exposure would be beneficial
  • You will need to attend multiple sites
  • Demonstrated experience and a solid understanding of mining equipment maintenance
  • You must understand the importance of Workplace Health & Safety and be proactive in reducing hazards
  • You will need to promote mobile Hitachi equipment while identifying service work
  • Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and technical skills are essential
  • You must be able to work in a team and autonomously
