About the Role:

CROSSMARK Australia, a DKSH Smollan Company, is seeking a skilled Retail Planogram Merchandiser to join our team. As a Retail Planogram Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating, building, and maintaining high-quality point-of-sale displays in-store. You will also be responsible for communicating with store managers and team members to effectively complete your work, building displays and merchandising a wide variety of products for leading brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Display Creation and Maintenance: Create, build, and maintain quality point-of-sale displays in-store.
  • Store Communication: Communicate with store managers and team members to effectively complete your work.
  • Reporting and Task Management: Report tasks and good photos daily via our StoreTrack App.

Requirements:

  • Supermarket Retail Experience: Desirable but not essential.
  • Driver's Licence and Reliable Vehicle: A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required.
  • Communication and Organisational Skills: Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Autonomy and Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Availability: Minimum of 3-4 days required availability, including Wednesday and Thursday.
