Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Financial Services Expert to join our Business Home Lending team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.

About the Role:
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide relevant product recommendations.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, ensuring that clients receive holistic support for their financial needs.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of mortgage and lending products, including terms and conditions, to effectively communicate with clients and provide guidance on their options.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Analyze client financial data to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring that loans are secured within normal lending margins.

  • A competitive salary ranging from AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales or lending environments, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of retail lending products and processes, including CHL and CCL platforms.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
