About the Role



We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Trade Counter team in Kalgoorie as a Delivery and Customer Service Representative.



As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and undertaking other tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse and trade counter.



Your Key Responsibilities




  • Deliver products to customers using a company vehicle, ensuring timely and safe transportation
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with pick, pack, and stock control activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders
  • Contribute to maintaining a tidy and safe working environment, adhering to company health and safety standards


Our Ideal Candidate




  • Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Is able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate information is provided to customers
  • Has a clean, valid driver's license and is willing to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Is committed to developing their career, either locally, within our network, or at our head office
