Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to adults with neurological conditions
- Working collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Conducting assessments and providing interventions to promote independence, participation, and overall well-being
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Participating in ongoing professional development and staying current with best practice in occupational therapy
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- A current driver's licence and suitable vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care
- A passion for working with adults with neurological conditions
