About the Role

As Head of Public Relations for Australia and New Zealand, you will be responsible for leading the PR function across 10 iconic attractions. You will oversee the development and implementation of PR plans, ensuring alignment with central brand marketing strategies and adherence to brand guidelines.

You will provide strategic advice and support to the Regional Marketing Director, driving demand and building brand awareness through effective storytelling. Additionally, you will lead a team of professionals, providing ongoing training and development opportunities, and managing relationships with external suppliers and partners.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or similar qualification in communications or marketing, with roughly seven years' experience in a similar role. They will possess demonstrated creative ability, innovation, and strategic thinking, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and advocate across all levels of the organisation.

  • A thorough understanding of the Australian and New Zealand media landscape
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and driving media and external relations strategies that elevate reputation
  • Ability to use strong discretion and judgement in a unique business structure
