About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Space Planner to join our team at Coles Group. As a key member of our merchandise transformation and BU Support team, you will be responsible for delivering customer-centric, commercially, and operationally efficient floor plans.

  • Manage the macro space and ongoing store change requests
  • Build strong working relationships with varied stakeholders
  • Ensure all floor plan milestone dates are met in line with the business schedule
  • Understand merchandising principles for Supermarkets with different Store Formats and Store Sizes
About You and Your Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in a retail or fast-paced FMCG environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, numeracy, and written skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects with a key focus on timeline delivery
  • Capacity to communicate clearly and influence effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of product relationships and interdependencies within a store
  • A proven track record of working both within a team environment and independently

Please note that this is a 9-month fixed-term opportunity.
