Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs and ensuring the safety and inclusivity of all children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs

Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Victoria Working with Children Check
