Indoor Maintenance Air Conditioning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Indoor Maintenance Air Conditioning Specialist to join our Engineering Team on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
The successful candidate will undertake preventive maintenance, fault-finding and breakdown repairs on Refrigeration & Air Conditioning systems across our three properties at The Ville Resort-Casino, Ardo and Townsville Entertainment Convention Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake routine maintenance and repair of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning systems
- Fault-find and troubleshoot issues with equipment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external contractors to ensure minimal downtime
Requirements:
- Qualified tradesperson in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, with a minimum of 3 years post-trade experience ideally performing maintenance work within commercial properties.
- Refrigeration & Air Conditioning trade qualification, along with restricted electrical and ARKTick licence are mandatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to uphold positive working relationships with colleagues and external contractors.
