Job Role: Senior Finance Analyst

About the Position

The successful candidate will be a key partner in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency across Amazon's Last Mile logistics network.

The role involves developing and publishing regular financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and performing strategic analysis to drive program expansion and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Reporting: Develop and publish regular financial reports highlighting key performance indicators and business metrics.
  2. Controllership Activities: Perform weekly/monthly controllership activities alongside variance analysis versus plan and forecast.
  3. Strategic Analysis: Conduct ad hoc strategic analysis to drive program expansion, balancing delivery speed initiatives with cost efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
  • Advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence.
  • MBA or CPA qualification.
  • Knowledge of Tableau.
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
