Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified pharmacist to conduct medication chart reviews, dispense medication and supply pharmacy products. Key responsibilities include coordinating patient medication requirements, developing professional relationships, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct medication chart reviews and reconciliation.
- Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products.
- Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions, and discharge.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
- Support patients, carers, hospital staff, and associated employees.
- Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection, and the proper use of medicines.
Requirements:
- General pharmacist registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice.
- Minimum 2 years' pharmacist experience in Australia.
- Australian working rights, valid for the duration of the contract.
- Ability to commit to full-time employment, for the duration of the contract.
