Customer Success Role

The sky's not the limit when it comes to driving customer value and investment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary owner of renewals, working with account executives to achieve high retention rates.
  • Drive customer success through onboarding, product adoption, and growth initiatives.
  • Conduct regular meetings with key customers to ensure continuous engagement.
Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Promote client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering value and exceeding expectations.
Retention and Upselling:
  • Retain and upsell customer accounts by driving product adoption and engagement.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within accounts and partner with account executives to progress.
Data Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyse trends in customer consumption to derive action plans.
  • Lead conflict resolution affecting customers by coordinating across internal partners.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and achieving retention targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience in territory and account planning, including executing plans to drive customer engagement.
