About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Home & Investment Lending Associate to join our team in Sunnybank, QLD. As a key member of our Branch Network Division, you will play a critical role in supporting customers in achieving their financial goals.

As a Home & Investment Lending Associate, you will work closely with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to identify and provide customers with tailored financial solutions that meet their needs. Your primary responsibility will be to coach customers through the home and investment lending process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice on home and investment lending products and services
  • Identifying and recommending suitable financial solutions for customers
  • Ensuring lending administrative activities are completed accurately and on time
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial products and services. You will also need to be proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
