Early Childhood Educator Role

We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for young children.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children;
  • Fostering strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a sense of community and belonging;
  • Collaborating with other Educators and Teachers to share best practices and improve teaching methods;
  • Maintaining a well-organized and stimulating physical environment that promotes children's exploration and discovery;

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care;
  • Prior experience in long day-care settings, preferably in a similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF);
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
