Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Operations – Oversee ledger operations, reconciliations, payments, and general ledger maintenance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Month-End Reporting – Lead month-end close processes, providing well-documented journal entries for accurate financial reporting.
  3. Financial Controls & Compliance – Develop and refine financial processes to enhance efficiency and meet regulatory standards.
  4. Data-Driven Insights – Collaborate with internal teams to provide actionable financial insights that drive smarter decision-making and optimise output from Power BI.
  5. Process Improvement & Scalability – Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and leverage the functionality of our ERP, contributing to business growth and success.
Requirements
  1. Financial Expertise – Experience in financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and corporate compliance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement – Strong communication skills, enabling effective engagement with teams across the business.
  3. Process Optimisation – A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude and a focus on efficiency and automation.
  4. Strategic Thinking – Analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.
  5. Technology & Automation – Experience in leveraging financial systems and automation tools to extract data and drive efficiency.
