- Tertiary qualification in IT or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in software engineering and building websites using Microsoft.NET technologies.
- Minimum 3 years' experience with Sitecore (v10+ and SXA/JSS experience highly advantageous).
- Proficiency with software engineering tools and practices (e.g., Microsoft Unity, Git, Team City, Atlassian Bamboo, Octopus Deploy).
- Strong understanding of web protocols, architectures, infrastructure, web servers (IIS), proxies, load balancing, high availability, and the cloud.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and production diagnostic skills.
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript libraries like REACT.
- Pro-active, analytical, and positive mindset with a professional approach.
