This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with experts in the field. As a Key Worker, you will work in the social and early childhood models, delivering interventions to NDIS participants (specifically children aged 0-8) and their families that lead to positive, life-changing outcomes in Melton and surrounding areas.

About The Role:

  • We are seeking a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) Key Worker to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification and registration, with a minimum of 12 months experience working with children (aged 0-8) and their families.
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with disability is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in diverse settings; from homes and schools to playgrounds, and community centres.
  • Conducting initial appointments with families, utilizing assessment and communication skills to get to know them, their child and goals.
  • Collaborating with other professionals, such as Speech Pathologists and educators, to support children's development.
  • Building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports.
  • Documenting and billing for each session through our online participant management system.

What We Offer:
