Assembly Craftsman/Cladding Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team in Tullamarine. As an assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production of market-leading cladding and glazing systems for unique facade finishes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling aluminium window doors, louvers, sunscreens, and cladding, as well as manufacturing, general housekeeping, and handling of aluminium extrusions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and interpret plans (basic CAD drawings)
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Good teamwork skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliability and presentation
- Effective time management
- Motivated individual with ability to learn new tasks quickly
